How to take care of merino wool blankets?
- Wash gently: Hand wash or use the wool cycle in cold water (max 30°C / 86°F).
- Use mild detergent: Choose a wool-safe or baby detergent. Avoid bleach and fabric softeners.
- Do not wring: Gently squeeze out excess water or roll the blanket in a towel to absorb moisture.
- Dry flat: Lay on a clean, dry surface away from direct sunlight or heat sources.
- Avoid tumble drying: Heat can shrink and damage merino fibers.
- Store properly: Keep in a cool, dry place. If storing long-term, use a breathable bag to protect from moths.
