Refund policy

Items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days from the date of receipt, in the same packaging as received. If you wish to return or exchange a purchased item, please contact us by email at hello@noyababy.lt, providing the order date, order number, product name, and a specific reason for the return.

Returned or exchanged items must meet the following criteria:

• The items have not been used;
• The items have not been damaged;
• Each returned item is in its original and undamaged packaging;
• Labels have not been removed from the items;
• Returned items are complete and retain their original appearance.

Items made to order or personalized cannot be returned.

Return/exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
